Highroller Policy

1.1. This Highroller Policy (“the Policy”) is an integral part of Terms and Conditions and comes into legal force from the last published date stated above.

1.2. All definitions mentioned in this Policy shall be understood as defined in Terms and Conditions. If there are no definitions in Terms and Conditions, you shall understand these definitions as specified in this Policy.

1.3. This Policy does not cancel any sections and/or clauses of Terms and Conditions. This Policy supplements Terms and Conditions only.

1.4. Definition of a High Roller. A New Customer shall be classified as a High Roller if they generate a cumulative Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) of at least EUR 15,000 (or currency equivalent), either positive or negative, within the last 1 calendar month.

1.5. Evaluation Period. For each identified High Roller, a three-month evaluation period shall commence starting from the date when the New Customer was identified as High Roller. During this period, the total NGR (positive or negative) generated by the New Customer shall be calculated. Within this period, the Company (we) reserves the right to suspend Affiliate (you) payouts related to New Customers identified as High Rollers.

1.6. Commission and Payout Adjustment. The Affiliate’s commission for a High Roller shall be determined and paid once per three-month (after the end 3 month period) evaluation period based on the net result (total NGR) of the New Customer during the entire period.

1.6.1. If the cumulative NGR over the three-month period is negative, the Affiliate (you) shall not receive any commission for that New Customer.

1.6.2. If the cumulative NGR is positive, the commission shall be calculated and paid according to the standard Affiliate commission terms, only once after the end of the evaluation period (3 months).

1.7. Discretionary Classification. The Company (we) reserves the right to classify any New Customer as a High Roller at its sole discretion if their activity significantly impacts monthly NGR, even if the EUR 15,000 threshold is not strictly met.

1.8. All further payouts related to New Customers identified at least once High Rollers will be issued to the Affiliate (you) once every three months.

1.9. We may amend or cancel this Policy at our sole discretion without requiring your approval.
